RedMan and I have been customers for many years and I just had to take a moment and comment on a recent experience with Morgan in apparel. She went out of her way to help me with a purchase, to find out the background/warranty/specifics and assured me that if it wasn't right? She'd make it so....she is always very prompt in replying to questions and if she's not sure of the answer, she will research it until she has it! Very, very happy with my heated liner ~ recently tested it in the mountains and is fabulous! Thank you so much for your assistance and expertise!

I just wanted to pass along a thank you to a couple of your employees. Saturday, August 24th I stopped by with my brother just to look at bikes and I remembered I needed a bolt for my passenger foot rest. After having Chad look at my bike to determine which bolt I needed, he quickly realized it was a very important bolt that helps keep the swing arm in place. He and Justin proceeded to venture thru their boxes of bolts until the correct bolt was found and installed it on my bike. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for these 2 guys. I know they didn't think it was a big deal to do that for me, but I want to make sure they know I appreciate it. Customer service is doing the little things for people even when the customer doesn't realize it is being done for them. I know what they did for me. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising tool--- Cedar River HD will get a lot advertising from me. I found my 2009 Ultra Classic on their website. Called spoke with John and Chad, and picked it up a couple of days later. My experience at their shop was nothing short of amazing. I was treated as a friend, not a number, my buddy came along and was treated with the same respect. No corporate atmosphere, just a great place to go wether your buying a bike or parts! I've been to alot of Harley Dealerships, but Cedar River is by far the best. Thanks to everyone there for making me and Beaver feel at home! I live over 6 hours away (round trip)...well worth it! This shop should be a model for all Harley dealerships!

I want to thank the shop help for what you did for me i came by on7/12/12 at 11:44 am. with out any lights on the back side of my bike with your generosity of wiring gromets shrink tape and the right color coded wire i was able to get the lights working and rerouted in about 2hrs. I thank you for making my life livable again. For i drove about 1300 miles with a wing and a prayer, and the prayer was answered when i came to your shop. SO FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART THANK YOU.

Well, one thing is for certain, Cedar River HD is great! Very personable associates and exceptional service. I had been taking my FLHTC to a different dealer before, but after my dad had issues with them, I decided to try Cedar River HD for my scheduled service. My wife and I were finishing our last leg of a vacation from upper Michigan with our neighbors and decided we needed tees from Iowa. Like we needed more f----- tees. We rode in on Heritage's and left on Electra Glides. Had absolute no intentions on new bikes. Most expensive damn vacation We've ever been on, but one of the best. We road in on Saturday and were only 20 minutes away when sudden downpour. When we arrived the service manager allowed us to pull into the service bay area and gave us some towels to dry off and then Amy test drove the 2000 Road King. She loved it and everyone was so friendly and helpful. This was a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the 2 hours there before heading back to Springfield on my Road Glide and Amy's 2000 Road King. I was so impressed with the conversation I had with the salesman over the phone I drove 2000 miles round trip to do business. The gentleman that sold me my 2005 Screamin eagle Electra glide 2 Classic rolled out then red carpet for me! The parts man there was excellent along with the service dept. person who did the diagnostics on the race tuner. The sales person there took time to offer the best application for my bike which was far better my own ideas. I do all of my business with them via mail and saved thousands of dollars by taking this long ride from Alabama to Iowa. I got to many extras to list. I also made friends with these people on a personal basis. If every Harley dealership were as good as Cedar River Harley, there would be no reason to shop anywhere else in the U.S." - RC 12/05

I drove over 9 hours (one way) to do business with the folks at Cedar River HD. I would (and plan to) do it again in the not-to-distant future. I dealt primarily with Tom, Jason, Charlie and Jerry these folks know how to earn loyalty. I had nothing but service, service, and service. The deal was good; however, the service and friendly atmosphere is what has convinced me to discuss the purchase of a new bike next year they just dont know it yet. Back in 2012 I tried to trade my 05 ultra classic in and purchase a new street glide. I live in the center of three dealerships in southern Minnesota. One dealership flat out said "we don't want your bike", the other two offerd me $3,000 for my ultra. I went to Mason City Harley and within 1/2 hour I was the proud owner of a brand new 2012 street glide. A friend of mine and I had been shopping around on the internet and through a few local and "semi-local" dealerships for a new "Firefighter Edition" FLHTK Ultra Limited which was newly offered in the special edition for the year 2014. I had recently purchased a 2013 Ultra Limited not knowing that this model was to be in the new year model line-up. He (Tim) made a comment that he had found HD of Mason City on the internet and had been buying some accessories through them at a discounted price because he was a firefighter, he further mentioned that "Travis" had offered him one of the new bikes at a very good price. Several days went by and curiosity got the better of me and I decided to give "Travis" a call. I explained to Travis that I had recently purchased a 2013 Limited, and had I known the "Limited" was going to be offered as a Firefighter Edition, I wouldn't have bought the 2013, but I had already because that was the model I had been wanting. So I asked if he would consider taking mine in on trade? He said he would definitely consider it. I then sent a few pictures of my bike and to my surprise we were able to negotiate a favorable trade deal (in my opinion anyway). I tried to talk myself out of it several times because I feared that once I arrived that the deal would somehow change. I even revisited my local dealership and without giving him a number asked for his "best price", they weren't even close to my offer with Mason City. I called Travis back and expressed my concerns... He assured me the deal offered was "the deal"... I ordered the bike expecting a six week turn around... my bike hit the dealership in six days! I was ecstatic and nerveous all at the same time. I made some quick arrangements and drove over 750 miles to get my "dream bike" and I have not regretted one second of my decision. It was beautiful, and "the Deal" was exactly as we discussed. I was able to meet most of the Staff, and they were all just as friendly as they could be (like Texans!...Haha). It literally took less than an hour and a half to trade the bikes out, do the paperwork, shop a little and load my new bike (thanks to Harold, who did an awesome job)and get back on the road towards Texas. I am very glad I made that call, met some new friends, and brought home my "Dream Bike". Many thanks to Travis "T-Bird" Bailey, Miss Katie,and Harold who all played a big part in making this deal happen in what I would have to say was the most "stress-free" transaction I've ever had purchasing a vehicle (once I got there, that is) I almost wish I lived up there, or that they were closer to down here... I just bought my first bike from them, an 03' Sportster, and am very satisfied with the bike and people I worked with at Harley of Mason City. Katie in finance was great, being excited to get my bike I probably called or emailed her 2-3 times a day every day for a week, and even though I'm sure I was annoying the hell out of her, she didn't show it. Myself and two friends were on a motorcycle trip last Saturday, heading from Portage, WI to the Black Hills. I got a flat tire just outside of Mason City and called your service team at Harley. The salesman (Jack) told me what else he had and I was really impressed with him and I got him to be my eyes.
